The term “Office 365” has long since ceased to be an unknown term.

Microsoft thus provides cloud-based core services for corporate communications. As your partner, we ensure fast and precise integration into your infrastructure. This means, access to your data and tools is possible from anywhere. This simplifies communication with internal and external persons.

A combination of various Microsoft offers such as Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business (soon to be Microsoft Teams) as well as the Microsoft Office package is provided for cooperation and communication in the company with cloud-based services.

Web applications on Microsoft Office Online include the web versions of Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel and OneDrive. Office Online is a standalone web application and can be used independently of the operating system.

In addition to the well-known Office applications, modern apps such as Planner (a KanBan tool), To-Do (a to-do list) or Flow (Workflow Management) are also available.

Thanks to automatic updates, the software is always up to date. The administration of Office365 is simple and inexpensive, since no local servers are necessary.

Now eves_ comes into play. In order to keep the effort for setting up “two-factor authentication” to a minimum, we take care of it and create parallel security for remote access, cloud services and web applications.

The protection of your data is like a chain – only as strong as the weakest link. How useful are encrypted hard disks and strong firewalls if your employees still send all documents in plain text?

E-mails are like postcards, anyone who has them in their hand can read the content without any problems. Since an e-mail is sent via several e-mail servers, anyone can read the content here as well

So, it makes sense to encrypt the e-mails as well as the hard disks. But until now this has often been a taboo topic in companies and IT departments. This is mainly due to the fact that the handling of certificates is complicated, but also because the users are usually overwhelmed with the issue and actually nobody has the time to deal with it.

eves_ offers you a unique solution that transparently encrypts and decrypts e-mails. In the future it will not matter whether the recipient has a S/MIME certificate or not – he will receive the information in a secure way.

23 medium-sized IT companies in the Braunschweig/Wolfsburg region have currently joined together to form an association under the name i³systems Fördergemeinschaft e.V. (i³systems development association) with the motto “we want to join together and lead together”.

The eves_Group is one of the founding members. In this trusted cooperation, which is managed through i³systems GmbH, the partner companies complement each other and offer complete solutions/support even for very complex challenges. The spectrum ranges from consulting services for top management, project planning and implementation to special topics such as quality management, user experience or global rollouts.

The “Charta der Vielfalt”  is most renowned for the inclusion of diversity in the working world. This means promoting people and cultures in order to better compensate for the shortage of skilled workers, open up new target groups and markets, and create new ideas and innovations through new team constellations.

And since we at eves_ live exactly the same way and like to communicate this to the outside world, we are part of the “Charta der Vielfalt”.
